Meet Massimo Bugliosi

I am a civil/hydraulic engineer with more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale heavy civil projects around the world. After earning my Engineering degree from Sapienza University of Rome, I had the opportunity to work on major projects—including dams, highways, and other complex civil engineering developments—across Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and the United States. These experiences taught me the importance of precision, integrity, problem-solving, and delivering results while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Although engineering has been my profession for many years, I have always had a passion for sales and for helping people achieve their goals. That passion inspired me to begin a new chapter as a Realtor®, where I can combine my technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding customer service.
